Thanks for ordering from OilStick. We’ll do our best to get your order packed and shipped without making the process miserable for either of us.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, high-volume periods, holidays, or other unusually chaotic moments, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Methods

At checkout, we use the best available standard shipping option for your order. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is charged at a flat rate:

  • OilStick orders: $5 flat-rate shipping
  • Filament orders: $10 flat-rate shipping

These rates are intentionally simple and are often cheaper than calculated shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Unfortunately we are not the ones driving the truck, so carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other issues may affect delivery timelines.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally where available.

International shipping availability may depend on destination country rules, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, and product eligibility.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.

If an international order cannot be shipped due to carrier, customs, or product restrictions, we may cancel and refund the order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the label is created. If your tracking has not updated after a few business days, just wait longer.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@slant3d.com.

Lost package situations are handled case by case. In most cases, we will issue a refund rather than send an automatic replacement.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, your mail area, front desk, parcel locker, or local carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@slant3d.com. These situations are handled case by case. If we determine a refund is appropriate, we may refund the order and you may place a new order if you still want the product.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, unusable, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@slant3d.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if possible

For damaged, leaking, broken, unusable, or incorrect items, we will typically issue a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us at support@slant3d.com as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in process.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may refund the order. If you still want the product, you will need to place a new order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will do our best to help with order changes or cancellations before an order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is processing.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
