Refund & Replacement Policy

We do not accept physical returns for OilStick or other opened/used products.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@slant3d.com and we’ll make it right.

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item is defective
• You received the wrong item
• Your order is missing items
  
• There is another issue with your order that we determine is eligible

To help us resolve the issue, please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the product, packaging, or shipping damage.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, though your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for normal wear and use, misuse, buyer’s remorse, or products that were purchased from unauthorized sellers.
