Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns of new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us at support@slant3d.com with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the product, packaging, or shipping damage. For eligible order issues, we may provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns of used or opened products unless the product is defective or there is another problem with the order.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for returns or refunds through OilStick.shop.
